Technical Documentation, Test Question Editing/Proofreading

I was responsible for authoring technical documentation for customized educational software programs. The company specialized in online testing and item banks of questions for grades K-12. I also edited test questions for correct information and format. Editing required the daily use of many database programs and word processing programs. Company software was extensively tested on all currently used software, and therefore I have a working knowledge of all programs. I also assisted the President, and was responsible for his correspondence and authoring company policies and other related documents.
